In order to lift each other up and make the world a brighter place we need to gather, face to face and experience the true magic that comes from breathing and connecting with like minded women.

Through deep listening, guided breathwork and meditation you will be led from a busy mind to an internal space of love and peace. This circle is for any woman that feels called to be part of a dynamic and supportive community. All women are welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat, eye cover and small offering for the circle.

Fermented foods are some of the most medicinal, beautifying, empowering, and oldest forms of nourishment one can gift themselves.  Every traditional culture consumed some form of a fermented substance with each meal to aid in digestion and absorb more nutrients from their food—the Japanese with their natto & miso, the Latins with their raw dairy, to the Eastern Europeans with their sauerkraut.  In this workshop, you will learn the basics of lacto-fermentation to enhance the nutrient, mineral and probiotic content of superfoods, vegetables, and herbs.  We’ll also touch on how to craft NATIVE specifically formulated recipes to medicinally target certain goals such as: boosting your immunity to its highest level, combating acne, cleansing your liver, assisting in balancing your hormones, anti-aging, balancing gut bacteria, and aiding in digestion. To which you will leave with your first batch of lacto-fermented vegetables.  Please bring your favorite knife.

Intuition is something we all have. It is a powerful tool, our internal compass, that feeling in us that speaks the truth. Our job is to learn to listen to it. Intuition is like a muscle, it must be exercised.

Join us for a meditation evening of discovering the language of your intuition, learn to deepen your connection to it and your trust in it. Let it be your guide as you practice a two part active pranayama breathwork meditation. Though the breath is simple to learn it is quite powerful and profound to experience. The breath clears emotional blocks and stuck energy, allowing you to open up and connect to the universe. Through quieting the mind you create space to listen with your heart, leaving you feeling peaceful, grounded and expansive.

Bring with you a yoga mat and/or blanket to lay on and cover, and an offering for the altar.

"Do you know to do nothing? Seeing cannot take place until you pause. Real creativity cannot occur as long as the creative impulse is constantly sublimated into habitual activity. At this late stage of conditioning, doing nothing alone can allow transformation to happen. Yet doing nothing must be based on clarity of vision. Knowing how to pause, not just outwardly, but throughout your being is a consummate art of living. Knowing really how to pause is the action of intelligence itself." - G. Bluestone

We are so excited to announce  "An Evening of Pies", one of our favorite gatherings surrounded by inspiring people, slow conversations and delicious pies!

All you have to do is bake your favorite pie (or if you get it at your favorite bakery, it’s okay we won't tell anyone) and join us. It can be pie, tart or galette - savory or sweet.

Please rsvp soon as space is limited.
