Coming together to prepare food and eat mindfully can be an incredibly healing and nourishing practice. When we slow down to connect with the medicinal energy of food we are able to feel more centered, grateful and vibrant.
Join us for a nourishing dinner gathering hosted by Ashley Neese where will explore aligning with the season and mindful eating. We will cook a meal together and learn easy ways to incorporate mindful cooking techniques at home. After that, we will eat in silence and end with a discussion on how to develop and restore our relationship with food. To close, Ashley will lead a special meditation (bring your mats)
